The upgrade can be ordered for any one of the virtual private server packages regardless of the Operating System and Control Panel that you have chosen or the task that you need to be done as our admins will help you with everything related to the software on the hosting server. This includes, but isn't limited to, installing third-party programs, setting up server options, troubleshooting scripts if they don't function properly, etc. The upgrade provides 60 minutes of work and if a certain task requires less time, the remaining minutes will be available for the future and shall be listed inside the virtual private server billing Control Panel. You'll be able to use the Installation & Troubleshooting service either as an individual upgrade or as an addition to the Managed Services upgrade, which includes half an hour of custom work on your server.
